Admission
to the either the Preparatory Form (Year 6) or Form 1 (Year
7) of the British West Indies Collegiate is based strictly
on performance in Entrance Examinations. Prospective
parents should note that, as the majority of Preparatory
Form
students progress to Form 1, places available for new Form
1 students are limited.
Other
candidates for the new school year who wish to be
considered for entrance to Forms 2, 3, 4, 5 and
6 (Years 8 to 12) will be required to attend for interview,
by prior appointment with the Principal, on another date.
Parents
wishing to enrol children for the new school year are urged to download
and complete the following
application forms and return
these to the
Principal, Mrs Sylvie Wigglesworth, as early as
possible.

Note:
The above fees are in U.S. dollars. |
1.
Fees and
charges are subject to variation at any time.
2.
Tuition
fees are to be paid in advance, and at the latest by 4 p.m.
on the 8th day of term - see the first row of
the table below.
3.
By prior
arrangement with the Principal - and after completion of
the
Instalments form - tuition fees may be paid in
three equal instalments in advance, to be paid at the
latest by 4 p.m. on the dates specified in the table below.
This facility attracts a finance charge of 5% above the
standard tuition fee.
4.
Parents/guardians willing to pay all tuition fees before
the start of the first term for the whole of the academic
year will receive a 4% discount on the standard tuition fee
(this does not apply to book or examination fees).
5.
Late
payments attract a finance charge of 5% above the standard
tuition fee, and, if more than 30 days late, a further
finance charge at the rate of 2% per month from the due
date until the date when payment is made.
6.
Other
consequences of late payment include denial of the

finance charges have been paid in full.
7.
If a
parent or guardian is liable to pay for more than one
student, there is a 20% discount on the standard tuition
fee for the additional students. When one of the students
leaves the School, the discount ceases to apply in respect
of the senior remaining student. No discount can be given
on other fees, such as fees for external examinations (e.g.
IGCSE, AS Level, A Level).
8.
