PASTORAL WELL-BEING

A key element of learning at the British West Indies Collegiate is ensuring that all students are happy, healthy, and confident learners who feel safe and secure in our school environment. By well-being, we mean supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development by improving their physical and mental health, fostering resilience, and creating a sense of belonging and safety. Key Stage Coordinators liaise closely with the principal, teachers, parents and other professionals in their approach to balancing those academic and pastoral needs.
